EDTISA

Education and Development Training Institute of South Africa (EDTISA) is an accredited skills development and training organization with extensive experience in the training and capacity building sector spanning over 10years. South African institutions attending our training and meeting the set criteria can claim their skills development levies back from government according to the legislative framework of skills development. There is a common misconception though that South African organizations can only claim their levies back if the training course has unit standards, credits and NQF Levels. This is not entirely correct.

In the Government Gazette (No.20865 of 7 February 2000), clearly state that the Skills Development Levies Act provides for recovery of a levy payment based on the submission of workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Workplace Skills Implementation Plans (WSIPs), and the submission of the names of Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs), and not on the basis of only attending courses that has unit standards, credits and NQF Levels. Our Objectives

Our key objective is to provide training that adds value to the client organization and the individual trainees. To achieve our objectives requires partnership with client organizations and thus our approach is to study and understand the needs and requirements of our clients in order us to develop appropriate solutions that are specific to the needs and requirements of the client organization and its staff.
