Our management team is responsible for the overall strategy and strategic implementation of the strategy of the institute to make sure that the company is consistent with its ethos and remains abreast with the ever-changing needs and requirements of our customers who work in a fast-paced changing environment.
The management team is engaged in supervising trainers, moderators and consultants and the administration and management of the corporate office. The institute is committed to good corporate governance subscribing to the guidelines of King IV and the combined code as revised for corporate governance. This enables us to apply the same principles in the provision of service to our clients as we train them to be.
